Amus Chalets

Amus –
Solitude and bliss

An idea built up over many years

At first it was a feeling. A feeling that this place was to become something very special. A place that the host Uli had used since his childhood to get away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life and to take a few moments just for himself. Here, in absolute silence, in the heart of nature, with the chirping of birds in the background, he had realised that he wanted to share this place with other people. People, who like him, and like the eagles so close by, are looking for a refuge and enjoy their solitude.
Natural and regional
South Tyrol, throughly
Your host Uli is deeply attached to his homeland. That is why it was particularly important to him that the Amus Chalets be perceived as an integral part of the village: During construction, he preferred the use of local materials and used local companies to carry out the work. Regionality to the last nail. The result: A place surrounded by nature to recharge your batteries.
A place with a history
Water as a source
Pure spring water is not only guaranteed in the Amus Chalets: The Antholz spring is a place shrouded in legend. According to the story, Bishop Hartmann of Brixen was fleeing from bandits and was very thirsty, when he was praying in Antholz and suddenly the water appeared and saved him and his companions. To this day, Hartmann's spring water still flows in this place.
